Navy Sailor who tried to jump .. now is being CHARGED

This sailor is the property of the U. S. government........until his enlistment is up. As such..........he is fully prosecutable............IF HE HAD OF JUMPED. BUT...............HE DIDN'T.

This sailor will be a whipping boy example because he drew attention to Americans to just how screwed up things are for our military under trump. What we are not told is that until our Moron In Chief attacked Iran we had 4 Naval ports in that area of the Med that were friendly to the U.S. and allowed us to dock our ships on their soil. Now we have ZERO. So it's not a matter of the ship not docking for R & R for our sailors...........its a matter of under trump the world is so now unfriendly to us..........the ship had no place to dock.

50 years ago i did basic in texas. Our flight was told that a sunburn resulting in sidelining an airman would result in charges for destruction of government property. I got the message. I doubt that has changed.
Attempting suicide isn't improper sun protection though...help, not persecution is what is supposed to be the outcome.
But this is heathcliffs military.

You should be charged! The sailor and any person in the military should face a court martial and dishonorable discharge for such spoiled brat behavior!

That sailor needs civilian representation NOT provided by the Navy. Best if that sailor is processed out with a disability.

The sailor is a 19-year-old kid. He needs help, not discipline. The people putting him and his mates in harm's way for no reason need to be disciplined and have their taxpayer-paid testosterone treatments put on hold.
