During the NAFTA talks during Trump's first term - Trump kept insisting and threating that Canada better drop it's broadcasting rules about having a percent of TV and songs being Canadian produced. And finally Trump gave up and signed the trade deal. Now he thinks he can threating Canada to drop one of it's official languages. What's next him wanting Canada to change the size of it's official football fields. Cheers!

The economic winter might of just gotten a bit colder for 3 US states. When Ontario's Premier Doug Ford was asked about what he thought about Trump's 50% tariffs he said Trump can kiss my a***. And Doug Ford just might be the guy to make Trump pucker up. Starting Monday there will be a 25% surcharge on electricity exports to the US. Quebec also exports a lot of electricity to the US so after Trump's demand that French be dropped from being an official language they might also make Trump La pucker up. Cheers!

It might be a long economic winter for Canada - but spring will come. Not sure if I can say the same thing for the US.
Sorry that it turned out this way but someone had to lose - tt's just the nature of the business - it's the Trump tariff blues. (stole some of that from Glenn Frey)
Cheers!
