People forget during his first term he sabotaged reconciliation talks between the North and South for no other reason than they excluded the US.

That being said I am not sure a different US president would not have done the same just more subtle about it.

What the world is showing Trump and the USA for that matter, is that it doesn't matter if they're present or not at a meeting because the relationship between the USA and the rest of the world is becoming less and less relevant with each passing day.
