Iran sets tough terms to reopen Strait of Hormuz • FRANCE 24 English

[media=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_35oirUEpao]

Iran’s national security chief has outlined a list of demands for the US to meet before Tehran reopens the Strait of Hormuz. They include lifting the US naval blockade of Iranian ports, compensation for war damages and the release of frozen Iranian assets. Separately, Iran and Oman say they are close to reaching a deal on managing the strategic waterway. France 24 International affairs editor Douglas Herbert shares further insights.

My comments:

Bet Demented Donnie wishes he never tore up that agreement Obama reached, huh?

Today Iran released a statement that the "Strait will not reopen until the US corrects its behavior".

Donnie is caught in a trap of his own making. He can't win militarily which also means he cannot dictate the terms to end this war. It's now a matter of how big a turd trump is willing to eat in order to pretend he won.

France 24 has some good unbiased information, same as DW. Also if you can catch Catalina Marchant DeAbreu on alarabiya_eng, she has a way of explaining what is going on in easy to understand language and covers all sides equally.
@independentone Great to know! I am always looking for reliable, unbiased sources. I will check them out!
