SPLC funded the KKK???

Let me see if I understand this...

To make sure Democrats could point to racism as what they were saving America from, the Southern Poverty Law Center was contributing $millions to racist organizations. The SPLC was appealing for and collecting millions in donations to help fight racism, and in turn paying that money to the leadership of extremist racist groups like the KKK so that the KKK could continue to harass and intimidate Black people?

You haven't understood this...

It doesn't say the SPLC funded the KKK. It alleges the SPLC paid confidential informants who had ties to extremist groups and lied about those payments.

It says nothing about "keeping racism alive for Democrats." You made that bit up.

If your evidence doesn't actually support your claim, maybe stop hoping nobody reads past the headline.🤣
