We May Have A Deal

An agreement to start negotiating how to get started worked on a deal.

Once more, JD has been deal blocked. He was going to somewhere but he was told to cool it. The MOU to start negotiating a deal, once all the strait is opened and the fissile material is located and agreement on compensation is outlined, is going to be executed remotely.

So, in other words... he's now ended the war he unnecessarily started 39 times after winning it in the first day [EDIT: hour] as it continues on in its 6th week and is on track to end it 40 times. No wonder he reminds himself (out loud) that he's the best, no one is better, and (many) people like him.
