You didn't come away thinking the man she was interviewing lost his composure in the most amateurish way - by yelling and repeating his talking points seemingly endlessly? No wonder she was forced to press him in order to get him to stop lying.
All he has is bluster and guile. Of course his base - those he was really addressing - doubtless ate it all up.
