The Democrats had their faults back then, but their collective IQ was about 40 points higher than it is now. 🙄

@Thinkerbell oh look you made someone angry lol. It's a shame they have me blocked and I can't see who.
Thinkerbell · 41-45, F
@Gibbon

I think the angry emoji is from someone who is angry about how dumb the Democrats have become. 🤭
@Thinkerbell Evil has affected them!

In the 90's democrats weren't as stupid as they are today.
@ron122 I remember when Clinton bombed Baghdad and ended welfare for families with children.
I remember a hundred thousand Iraqi children dead from illegal US sanctions, in the nineties, under Clinton and Madeline Albright. Where was y'all? Watching Dynasty?

@Roundandroundwego I was a teenager then so I was like Clinton, out looking for a girl to give me a hummer.🤣

Democrats in the 90s started with a tax increase, then created the most jobs - 18.6 million - and the most growth - DJIA 15.9% per year - while actually BALANCING the budget!!

unemployment by president

Job growth red vs blue

GDP growth red vs blue

@ElwoodBlues And the response to facts will be buh buh buh whatabout...

@ElwoodBlues You better double check on that balanced budget. That was a PROJECTED balanced budget, but it never came to pass. There was a balanced budget law passed during the Clinton years, which was a good thing in my opinion, but it was struck down by the Supreme Court as unconstitutional.
@fanuc2013 Sorry dude, the Federal Reserve disagrees with you!!

They focused on getting BJ's under the desk. Now they're focused on screwing us all in the rear.

Now they have fallen off. ☺

So why are you bent out of shape?

@Northwest Hey! It’s my friend! How’ve you been? Don’t worry, I’m sparing you from any Newsom talk today. Trying to be considerate of your feelings.

@Northwest says
Democrats are not against applying the law,
Indeed, what democrats oppose is whole-sale breaking of the law -- the kind of whole-sale lawbreaking evidenced by ICE wrongfully detaining people and thereby losing 10,000+ court cases - 90% - due to illegal practices.

... analysis reveals judges have ruled against ICE detention practices in roughly 90 percent of cases since the agency mandated that millions of immigrants must be locked up while they face deportation proceedings.

... The trend is clear from every angle. The administration has lost nearly 10,400 of the cases that have been decided, and prevailed in about 1,200. While some judges have heard more cases than others, the overwhelming majority of judges — more than 425 — have reached the same conclusion. Even a majority of Trump-appointed judges have sided against the administration.
