Will left activist radicals Democrats like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez who may mean well, turn back "the blue wave" that is on target to happen?

Democrats... now is the time to be moderate, centrist, and inclusive. Drop the purity tests. Now is NOT the time.

I don't think so. Democrats are motivated and Republicans are fighting each other. Most politics is still local anyway.

@LeopoldBloom Democrats are motivated to win. Independents are motivated to favour the side that is moderate and willing to drop the animosity for governance and exchange the vengeance for reasonableness. That is a winning combination that can be easily tossed away. Social statements that don't win elections have no relevance.
