Religious leaders told 'prepare now' for UFO disclosure to unleash Bible-changing revelations.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio to meet with Pope on Thursday. 🤔

Influential pastors are claiming that they have been told to prepare their followers for shocking revelations about UFOs which may upend belief in the Bible.

Perry Stone, a well-known evangelist, author and Bible teacher from Tennessee, warned that fellow pastors were recently invited to a secret meeting with US intelligence officials to prepare for the release of secret files on extraterrestrials.

According to Stone, the officials warned a small group of pastors with a large reach in the Christian community that the government was about to release reports and possibly videos of aliens and spacecraft which were not from this planet.

In the April 27 video posted to his YouTube channel, the evangelist claimed that pastors were told about the existence of 'reptilian' creatures, UFOs and materials from a non-human origin and 'other things that almost sound like something out of a sci-fi movie.'

Vice President JD Vance said in March: "I don’t think they’re aliens. I think they’re demons."

If anyone wrote that as the basis of a "serious" novel it would be dismissed as too incredible.

A secret meeting. Oh aye? Why the secrecy? Fears of being ridiculed?

The commercial Bible-thumper "claimed" pastors were told about these visitors from Outer Space.

The metting was secret so how did he know what was discussed? Was he there and has broken confidentiality? Still, the reports does show the doubt by using "claimed" and hinting unknown others told him. I nearly wrote "informed", but that verb would not be very appropriate.

James Vance: "I think they are demons". Only "think". I.e., it's only some, frankly silly, religious opinion of his. His being Vice-President and reportedly also a church-goer, is not relevant to it, although the US Government recently warned that men in senior positions need be careful when talking theology.

So Marco Rubio is to meet the Pope. Not really suprising that an American minister of state might meet the Pontiff, especially as the latter is an American. Meetings between the USA's Catholic and Protestant archbishops and the Pope would be more significant, though.

I have said it before recently. Any discovery of intelligent alien life on earth would even put doubts to the scientific methodology itself. Yes itself. Our own observations even would come under question. If you question your own observations, everything becomes suppositional.

Not just just theological beliefs. Every scientific absolute constant would come under question.

Humanity as a whole has an obsession with absolutes. As if change itself doesn't exist. And there are two things alike. Both are impossibilities though.

There is a reason we went for thousands of years with "The wheel" and then almost overnight had
AI. I have no doubt there are civilizations out there that could be millions of years more advanced.

I don't think it will hurt religion. I'm sure the advanced people also have Faith and belief in a higher power. That higher power is in us all, we just haven't figured out how to use it correctly.

Maybe the "aliens" visiting earth aren't aliens in the true sense. Maybe they are the actual beings who created the universe and are just checking on the garden from time to time.

I can see where that might stir up the religious community a bit.
@MoveAlong If your theory is correct. I wonder if THEY have a god?😷

If your theory is correct. I wonder if THEY have a god?

They probably war with each other over that very question.

Waiting for Alien Disclosure is like waiting for the Rapture. Both are endlessly discussed and both never happen... 🙄
@walabby If the rapture was run by Trump, people would be charged admission and it would be called the Rupture,,😷
Is it only me that thinks this is a desperately hyped non event???😷
@rinkydinkydoink I wasnt thinking of the publisher. I was thinking of the promoters of the puff piece. "Distractions R US"😷

@whowasthatmaskedman Unfortunately Trump has been saying for a long time now, that the evidence will be released by him.

So yes, some obviously believe it. Despite even Barak Obama, saying to the contrary, just today on the Steven Colbert show once again. 🤷🏻‍♂

That's twice now within a year's period of time.

I'm with you. I'll be surprised if we know anything more about alien visitations than we already do. Which is exactly nothing.

Anyone whose faith is 'rocked' by this nonsense, hasn't understood the Bible. Only the literalists who like to read it as a modern fact book, or those who believe its all a fairy tale will have an issue.
ArishMell · 70-79, M
@FreddieUK The latter ones would more likely find it amusing than an "issue".

No surprise here. Between now and 2030 things are going to come out and blow people's mind. ☺
Perry Stone is full of conspiracy theories. Don’t believe a word he says.
