Claims stories of his excessive drinking are false.

Does he have access to the Internet? Because videos of his excessive drinking during the Olympics are all over the place.

One thing to remember. In America, at least for now, we have freedom of speech and freedom of the press. An outlet has the right to publish articles about public figures even if they are not true as long is there is no malice is intended. (

Malice can be difficult to prove but might be possible in this case if the article is false. However if the Atlantic report was based on truthful information that was provided to them Patel will lose in court.

This case will probably go nowhere.
@MoveAlong Trump tactics 101. Sue to shut them up.. Back in the good old days you would meet them in the main street at high noon and be done with it. But thats hardly Trump..😷
