It will be by bombs shipped into ports in shipping containers and detonated remotely or by a timer destroying the cities of NY, Boston, LA, SF. Miami, Galveston, Seattle and maybe a few others. They will be big old Russian warheads sold to the highest bidder on the black market and no one will be 100% who was really responsible. Its not like America is short of enemies.
