Trump has lost the trust of leaders the world over. They know now that it's a waste of time to sign an accord with him because he's liable to break it at any time.

If Vance offers to depose Trump -- and as a goodwill token to end DoJ's pedophile protection policy, thus exposing Trump to the full force of the law -- I expect it will go a long way with Iranian leadership.
