Radovan Karadžić, President of Republika Srpska during the Bosnian War (1992–1996)

Slobodan Milošević, President of Serbia (1989–1997) and President of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (1997–2000)
Charges: Crimes against humanity, war crimes, and genocide related to conflicts in Croatia, Bosnia, and Kosovo

So you're wrong.
Charles Taylor, Radovan Karadžić, Hissène Habré, and Abdul Quader Mollah were all convicted and punished.
Jean-Pierre Bemba was also convicted but this was overturned on appeal.
So you're wrong again.
Also, what's your definition of recent times? yesterday? 🤣
Troll harder.
