@Diotrephes The problem lies with Congress I agree but I don't think its problem is lack of leadership. It is lack of character of the people elected to office. The idea behind Congress was equal representatives acting in the best interests of the nation as defined by the people. However the representatives with weak character quickly becomes 'influenced' by big money and friendly lobbyists who whisper sweet nothings in their ear. Thus they abandon the good of the nation and become shills for powerful forces. With rare exception this is the case.

if his years of being hated by the Congress (the Dems being in power in the House) and impeached two times more than Nixon just inflamed him and made him crave revenge on his enemies....
