U.S. Army has done so well in Venezuela and Iran that SecDef Hegseth just FIRED the Army Chief of Staff.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has asked Army Chief of Staff Gen. Randy George to step down and take immediate retirement, sources familiar with the decision told CBS News.

One of the sources said Hegseth wants someone in the role who will implement President Trump and Hegseth's vision for the Army.

His vision being slightly to the right of Genghis Kahn ?
@Convivial tRump & Kegsbreath asked the impossible of the army: a quick low-cost strike that would leave Iran completely unable to, say, attack our Gulf allies and close the Strait of Hormuz.

tRump & Kegsbreath tried to cheap out, it failed, now they're passing the buck. As a civilian, it'll be interesting to hear what Gen. Randy George has to say about the (lack of) planning for the Iran war.
