Then it bounces up or sinks, it's because an unprecedented, and surprising event takes place. This sort of thing is rare and usually happens during earnings season, surprise mergers, or disasters. Still rare though.
So when it happens once, it's a coincidence, but when the President, whose family owns multiple trading companies, established minutes before he took office, makes a habit of making statements that cause wild swings, one must ask.
Is Trump a total fucking moron, who pretends everything to know about the market, and this is all a natural reaction to his idiocy, or is he manipulating the market.
Surely a sane and honest President would not put the country and the world through this. Right?
