So it's normal to let children go hungry, let banks force people out of their homes, and let sick people die due to lack of access to healthcare..

But it's apparently insane to suggest that billionaires could just be less rich - not poor, not struggling, but just..less rich.

All could almost be forgiven if the top 1% would just pay their owed tax burden

Rather than being enabled to stash cash overseas with no penalty.

If people on the lowest incomes are not exempt from paying their fair share there's no reason why the wealthier should get away with it.

And if those that do are from a wealthier class, especially if they hold high public office, makes even more sense they're held accountable to a higher standard.
