The real story is that dumb and dumber, aka Kushner and Witkoff, contacted Pkistan and Egypt about acting as intermediaries, so "lite bulb", he sent them to the area, and that turned into "strong talks" in his head and "Iran agreed to everything." Of course Egypt and Pakistan will say anything, even it was lies, to keep Trump happy.
And this morning Oil is rising and market futures are down.
