europe has grown weak after decades of corruption and heavy spending on social programs.

neither canada nor europe is stopping russia from dominating the arctic region as it becomes navigable with the melting glaciers. and with cyber attacks becoming more powerful and frequent from multiple directions, maybe europe will be speaking russian and\or chinese soon??

@FreddieUK we are on local and state levels as well as numerous volunteer groups and non-profits thru lawsuits, educating tomorrow's farmers, growing food vertical , ocean farming,etc

Others, Russia and China have spoken honestly about why they won't be the next big bully like the USA.
Freedom from US tech control of anything is now part of decolonization efforts, in all places.
