Maybe his motivation for saying there was no imminent threat and then resigning a high level position in government over it was because he was telling the truth and didn't want to be part of the lie that is killing Iranians and will inevitably claim the lives of many Americans as well.

@Pikachu he wasn’t telling the truth. Iran did pose a direct threat to America and American lives. They bragged about what they had and their capabilities during the fake negotiations. Now they are paying the price.

Yeah, i'm sure you know better than the Director of the National Counterterrorism Center. I'm sure you get all the security briefings and intelligence reports as well as the findings of the NPT audits on Iran..... so he must have been lying 🙄

@Pikachu he’s the only one in the administration who said it, the only one who’s been in all the briefings who said it and not a single other person involved has said it. In fact they’ve all come out and disagreed with him.

....i've already said what i really mean. This war was started under false pretenses just like when Bush lied about WMDs to justify invading Iraq and just like that war, this new war will last for years and cost thousands of lives...and Joe Kent just blue the whistle on it.

Just comes out and say what you really mean: You love Trump and so you'll believe whatever narrative he instructs you to.
