Is the promise of regime change through war in the 21st century a fallacy (and fantasy)?

@jshm2 I suspect this will become a fulcrum issue that will catapult the Republicans (and any Democrat) that votes in favour of war) out of power... even if they do cheat, rig, and lie about the election.
