@sree251 yet when Obama killed Gaddafi, that was okay. The Venezuela sanctions killed people, but, Obama did that too, and Clinton bombed Baghdad, goodly.
And without politics and honesty, it's going to be dangerous until someone forces the USA to stop.

The world seems to accept extra-judicial killings by Americans the way everyone watches in silence as an invading army kill and rape.
No one is stopping Donald Trump.

More than a little irony here, considering that Ayatollah Khomeini was in exile in Paris, before returning to Iran after the fall of the Shah.😷

If I were the Kurds, I would pick someone better to train my troops, given the French history! They do have the Foreign Legion which is highly regarded.

France has a close relationship with Iraqi Kurdistan. From Total to Carrefour to construction companies.
The Kurdish paramilitaries protect Kurds from ISIS.

Apparently, Iraq has many business partners including China.
I wonder if all these splinter Islamic factions are not creations of the CIA.

Iraq and Syria are like the Gulf states: everybody is doing business there.
Western countries are constantly meddling with power struggles among peoples in the third world.
They aren't.
The French and British have their bases as well in Iraq and Syria.

The Kurds are likely going to fight on the Iranian side against the Americans, if anything. They know that if Iran falls, then Türkiye is going to come in and kill them all, as the Americans are just going to betray them again.
