And yes us have military bases in the area of neighborhoods..... And they have the sense enough to know if they put military bases in neighborhoods and somebody sends bombs over here the neighborhoods are going to suffer too..... If you put a school or a medical facility for civilians within yards of a military base expect casualties especially when you are a group that support terrorist.

Human rights watch and US military investigators have already made statements the building has been a school since 2016.

And legally speaking, even if there is evidence, the US is obliged to wait for a time when kids aren't attending the school.
