Acknowledging that civilian harm was foreseeable is not claiming it was intentional btw; it is insisting that power carries responsibility for the consequences it knowingly risks. I don't care about your intent. Why would I care for your intent?

Precision means the military knew where the weapon would land, that is why I am bringing up it is PRECISION strike, which makes the civilian risk foreseeable rather than accidental. It is calculated.
The intent beyond doing it doesn't bring back the dead.
