the non-finish coalition
Like I said before, I am a progressive Republican—or, if you prefer, you could call me a reform Republican. Now, I want to tell you about one of the policies I would support if I ever decided to run for president. I’m not saying I will run, but if I did, this would be one of my biggest priorities.
I would work to abolish human trafficking. Much like how Abraham Lincoln fought to abolish slavery in the United States, I believe our generation must take decisive action to end human trafficking. It is a moral crisis that demands strong leadership and lasting solutions.
My approach would involve building a broad, unified coalition and strengthening healthcare and social safety nets. These programs would serve many purposes, but one of their central goals would be helping victims of human trafficking rebuild their lives. Victims would receive free therapy, protection, and comprehensive support—including access to food, water, housing, and other essential needs.
I would also ensure that victims’ identities are protected. Protecting their privacy and safety is extremely important. However, that same protection would not apply to the perpetrators. Those responsible for trafficking would face immediate arrest, prosecution, and imprisonment. Justice must be served.
This is only the first part of my policy ideas. I have many more that I plan to share on this website. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
And remember: as long as human trafficking exists anywhere, it affects all of us. In that sense, none of us are truly free until it is gone.
