@Strictgram Of course not .And the law ,by and large ,does NOT provide for that .And it also doesn't require the authorities to have a warrant for every single arrest ,and it certainly doesn't require they are absolutely sure that the person arrested is illegal before the arrest him.And contrary to what the leftists will tell you , determining if a person is illegal is not a hard thing to do ; it's pretty easy ! If you read my posts ,you'll see that I'm VERY against illegal immigration! What I was referring to his the fact that the authorities don't have the right - not that I think they ever would - of doing anything like shooting a suspect on sight for no reason ,or sticking them in a literal concentration camp ,or anything outrageous.

@Strictgram Bottom line : illegals have HUMAN rights ; they don't have CIVIL rights in the same way citizens do .

@Kwek00 No law says illegal criminal aliens are entitled to a jury trial before deportation. Are you in favor of keeping criminal aliens in the US. Are you more in favor of thugs than American victims?. You must be a democrat.

@Strictgram I'm in favor of due proces. The moment you say that the laws aren't practical, you already disqualified yourself to have any serious conversation imo.

Also... if you are a republican, and you care about this issue, you shouldn't have voted for Donald Trump. When in the last year of the previous administration, a republican faction made a bill with bipartisan support to increase the capacity of your legal system to give more people their due process, Trump single handedly killed it by calling Republican representatives to change their vote. 🤷‍♂ Immigrants are just good enough to make simpletons like you angry, so you vote for the demagogue that is robbing you blind.
