@Lukeman Have you ever watched an abortion in all three stages? I think anybody who supports abortion should know exactly what they are fighting for.

Since you are pro abortion, these films shouldn’t affect you in the negative way or making it mandatory that a woman have an ultrasound before the abortion. Winter again if she is so sure that this is all right or don’t the abortion. Once again if she is so sure, this is the route she’s gonna take hearing the heartbeat shouldn’t affect her decision but if she chooses not to have the abortion, it means that she realizes that it is a developing human life
What business is it of yours what she chooses?

@missyann I have not watched an abortion in all three stages and being opposed to government restrictions is not the same thing as being in favor of abortion. You are correct that a human fetus is innocent of any wrongdoing. However, once they are born, that will surely change and being human does not grant them special rights which should keep a woman in bondage to an unwanted pregnancy. What business is it of yours what she chooses? Governments have enough concerns without invading into a private medical decision. I never stated I was proabortion. Part of your propaganda is labeling your opponents that way. Women are capable of making their own moral decisions without government intrusion. Abortion was around long before it was legalized and since the Dobbs decision maternal mortality rates have increased as have abortion rates. A woman should certainly see an ultrasound if she wants to, but any government mandates would not be helpful to her. Governments all over the world cause unnecessary distress to women facing unwanted pregnancies by imposing restrictions. What has Ireland accomplished with their ban? They have profited the airlines as women have fled to the United Kingdom for their abortions. The view you have seems to be that no woman should be allowed safe and legal access to medical abortion services. I consider that viewpoint morally indefensible when you consider how common the procedure is and how many poor women don't have the means to travel to escape the restrictions you want to have imposed on them. The cost of childbirth is only the beginning and poor women often don't have the means to pay for it. Adoption is an option, but no government should mandate it. Viewpoints on abortion vary among thoughtful people and I don't see how a minority viewpoint of wanting all abortion banned should be imposed on everyone. I am far more concerned about women being given the options available to them than with any moral decision they have being manipulated by outside forces such as politics.
