Do u believe not liking Bad Bunny makes you a racist? 🙄 🐰 🐰🐰

Look people. We can all agree on one thing. It was a beautiful thing to see how an artist performed in honor of his culture and his people. I get that ok. But not everyone speaks Spanish. Not everyone listens to Bad Bunnys music. That does not make
you a racist. It just means that you love your own country enough to stand your ground. Yes it's a complicated issue. But we as Americans should not be afraid of speaking our minds. Do you agree ?

What?
Not liking Bad Bunny "means that you love your own country enough to stand your ground"??
I'm sorry but, whatever your politics are, that makes no sense.
No taste in music is more or less patriotic than any other.
De gustibus non est disputandum.

@ThePatientAnarchist Yes. Standing up for your own country means saying no to a system that wants to compromise your patriotism. We object to this nonsense because it's our right to do so. ☺
@Zonuss you're not actually posting about your musical taste then, but about discomfort with diversity.

@ThePatientAnarchist False. I welcome diversity. Not propaganda at our expense. You Canadians wouldn't like it if us Americans came and performed in your country with our flag. Well not all anyway especially with Trump in power. I think you get my point. And yes you too are American.
@Zonuss that isn't an analogy at all. As many have pointed out, Bad Bunny is a US citizen and his home is a territory of the United States.

@ThePatientAnarchist And he is also a Latina and a non foundational American. There is a difference. You outsiders don't know how the US algorithm works. 🤣
@Zonuss unless you are Indigenous ("Native American") you can't claim to be a "foundational" American either.

If you're talking about white people, the Spanish were settling the Americas well before the British.

But again it seems like your original focus on musical taste was misdirection and your actual concern here is some kind of racial politics.

@ThePatientAnarchist Foundational Black American here. Yes I am the original inhabitant here. 👍
@Zonuss so your ancestors were brought over as captives and had English forced on them.

I dont think you are right that the US is too complicated for the rest of us to understand, but maybe your mind is!

@ThePatientAnarchist Not bought but already here. The lie you believe is just that..a lie. ☺
