1. If she found "burn bags" in federal offices, they aren't election results since in the USA elections are managed by the states.

2. If she found "burn bags" in state or local offices, she has broken the law by secretly spying within the USA and in "random" states and localities.

3. She mentioned this in a "praise Cry-Baby-trump" circus meeting 5 months ago. What is she waiting for to reveal she has broken the law or has come up empty handed but just wanted to impress and wake-up Cry-Baby-trump from his nap during the meeting 5 months ago?
