@sunsporter1649 All sources agree Pretti had a valid permit. The only question is the physical location of the permit.
Some states have laws that ban guns at protests, but Minnesota's concealed carry law does not include such a ban. Pretti had a concealed carry permit. Even if he did not have the permit or an ID on him at the time, Minnesota law considers that a minor infraction.
