Someone broke into my car last night - Should I call the police?

They didn't take anything but left 4 tickets to the Melania movie.
Wouldn't this be considered a hate crime?

They clearly want to lower the value of your car. Stand by for tickets being dropped in letterboxes to lower real estate values..😷
