GOP candidate pulled out of the race in MN, citing concern for how MN is being treated by ICE

At least they have integrity, I dislike GOP politics but they did the right thing and that tells me something. Said that he supported ice efforts originally but doesn't now as he dislike the toxicity of what he's seeing. Also stated that GOP cruelty has made election impossible.

Call me cynical but given the timing I wonder if this is a coincidence that it lines up with the Minneapolis PD calling out ICE for detaining off duty cops for the crime of not being white.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Yeah at first I was semi happy because I always welcome people to change but some of the comments say this GOP person is actually the lawyer for the killer of Renee Goode. And I don't know if it's true but I could see it, if it is then that was his way of trying to bow out peacefully. That and election is near impossible in MN as a GOPer and with how violent ICE has been, no chance in hell.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow I hope so, honestly I'm kind of stupid when it comes to names so I had to look him up as I didn't know this but he's great. We need more of him.

Asked if “they” was a reference to President Trump, he interrupted. “Who was that? You mean the draft-dodging coward? I don’t call him by name…..I spent 17 months in Southeast Asia while the draft dodger was playing golf.”
