Obama had good ideas but was bad at getting any of them done, largely in part to an obstructionist congress - many times even within his own party. He took two terms to rebuild a successful economy out of the broken one he inherited.
Trump has terrible ideas and a mixed record of execution largely because he pushes through without congress, often breaking norms and sometimes law. Very little pans out as expected due to incompetence. He has gotten more done0, but it's generally been bad. Even when he does good, like the nafta renogiation in his first term, he somehow later invalidates or destroys it, like how he derailed his own deals with the poorly handled tariff fiasco.
So, I guess I have to ask what the metric is here.
