One point of clarification is needed for this video. It's not just three times as many ICE agents.

The mayor herself said 600 MPD. That is FIVE times as many ICE agents. 600 x 5 = 3,000 ICE Agents.

Again the ratio is 600/3,000 = 0.2 or 2 MPD for every 10 of ICE.
