So ICE killed another American.

It is said that the man killed was carrying a pistol and two full magazines. Someone said that the gun was planted on the man by ICE after the man was killed. Anyone have any insight?

he was carrying a cell phone...there apparently was a gun but he was not showing it or threatening anyone with it

@Docdon23 I listened to a video. There were about 10 shots fired into a man on the ground. That isn't self defence. That is murder.
