Federal judges controlled the records to protect the privacy of trafficking victims including minors. President Biden could not overrule those protections and no president can bypass federal judges to release sealed court evidence to the public

Of course, the weak old king currently in his gaudy Throne Room wouldn't hesitate to break any such law... just as the DOJ is breaking the law today.
