He certainly is demented. He has been so for a long time.
Whether he suffers from a form of dementia, i am unsure. He's a sociopath. I think with a raging sociopathic mind, complete with the meglomania and extreme narcissistic personality disorder, it would be hard for a non medical assessment to be made by the likes of
us.

@Carla I'm inclined to agree. My dad has a lot of the same symptoms, but to a lesser extent, so I've got a little experience dealing with this. He's probably been able to somewhat conceal the narcissism his whole life, but now with the dementia, it's just on display for everyone to see.
