I am glad to see Democrats adopted one of my ideas. But I also wanted an ad with ordinary citizens saying, "You MUST refuse to obey illegal orders."

Are you assuming a draft?

Because that would be the only order, that a president would give to a civilian, during a war time situation. The military most certainly wouldn't want me, at my age. Previous training or not. 🤣

Congress would have to pass legislation to authorize a draft.

Considering such an order would be in violation of laws/treaties approved by congress, i would think such an order is inherently illegal. The president should then be immediately removed from office by the congress, and the president and anyone obeying such an order brought up on charges. This, of course, if the congress of the United States had the juevos that South Korea has.
