REPUBLICAN Congressman Warns Invasion of Greenland Would be End of Trump's Presidency.

Republican Congressman Don Bacon of Nebraska claims a US invasion of the Arctic island might go too far and could prompt his party to launch a third impeachment against the two-term president.

'I'll be candid with you: There's so many Republicans mad about this,' Bacon said on Wednesday. 'If he went through with the threats, I think it would be the end of his presidency.'

'He needs to know: The off-ramp is realizing Republicans aren't going to tolerate this and he's going to have to back off.

NATO believes it’s needed for defense. It will happen and everyone will be happy. A show of force will result in Cuban citizens being thrilled. Both Greenland and Cuba will be territories and have zero congressional votes. @SW-User

@jackjjackson But it's already part of NATO. It's not Denmark's job to defend Greenland; it's NATO's. So when this nonexistent attack by China or Russia happens, the US, as part of NATO, will defend it.

But it's already in NATO. How is NATO expanding when Greenland is already part of it? That's like saying the US wants to expand by annexing Hawaii.

So, in other words, it's got nothing to do with defense; Trump just wants it.
