Dear White America, how do u feel about the death of Renee Nicole Good ? 🤔
Why am I aiming this post specifically at White Americans. I will tell you why. First of all, Renee was a mother, and a former wife. She also served her community well through activism many times before. Should she have been gunned down, no. Should she have not been in her vehicle at the time, maybe. But this was a bit over the top. I mean when I heard she was shot in the face, that drew the line for me. Watching the actual video footage itself was deeply disturbing. I mean where is our humanity nowadays ? Where is our empathy. Our children are watching their adult parents act like fools. This is the world that they are growing up in and you wonder why they are so angry. The truck stops here. We must do better people. This is not the answer regardless of what party you are in. I can only imagine the nasty responses this story would have gotten if Renee Nicole Good was a Black woman. But she was a White woman. Do you even care about your own people at all ? Sometimes I wonder....but anyway, that's a story for a different day. Do we have to wave the flag of White Supremacy at the expense of those who created it. Its not worth it, believe me, it is not. What do you think about the latest tragedy in Minneapolis, MN. Im listening. Don't hold back, and don't be shy. Speak your mind here, because it needs to be heard. The video is really disturbing. To see a woman intentionally use her vehicle as a deadly weapon against a federal officer is deeply disturbing and troubling. Thank goodness he was able to save his life and those of his fellow officers.
And yes she was a mother of 3, 2 of which were taken away from her because her partner in the video burned them with cigarettes and beat them.
Renee was not “good” and her loss is not big loss to Minnesota or the United States.
As a white american, I'm very hurt by the death of Renee Good. As a white american, and a human being in general, I find the actions of ICE to be excessive. ICE needs to be reined in, and Kristi Noem needs to be fired.
The fish stinks from the head down. Those at the top are to blame. Inadequate training for people that shouldn't qualify to be in their positions and inciting them to violence.
The killer had ptsd and used dangerous tactics. They boxed her in and gave conflicting orders. He should have never been in front of a running vehicle. He should have never fired a gun inches from his coworkers head. They could have pursued her, instead of using deadly force to stop her.
Considering the mental health factors, it was manslaughter. He should be removed and charged. ICE should be de-funded and disbanded, and the head of the fish should be impeached, charged and removed from office.
As a white American who has had his share of run ins with the police, I have found that my chances of survival were much better when I didnt put myself directly in front of them.
@Zonuss i have tried to impart what wisdom I have left about how to deal with police. even if ya hate em. you only have one life. same as dealing with anyone else who is armed. never assume they wont shoot ya.
How about not getting in the way intentionally of a car that is moving away from you, and not creating an antagonistic situation
How about not intentionally impeding a federal matter that has absolutely nothing to do with you? How about going about your day having different views but not acting on anything like a normal citizen? What a way to die, with blind hate.
If she had either intentionally or accidentally killed that ICE agent with her car there would be no riots or protests today and Tiktok would be full of people celebrating what happened.
I am concerned that these individuals are just a few short steps away from committing an extremely evil act. When they act, their actions will have already been justified in their minds.
They werent protesting, they were obstructing I am horrified at the coercion from media and utter ignorance by obstructors.
Her wife hasn't released the video that she recorded. Because it’s likely that her wife's actions are revealed or that it disproves the narrative that she was simply trying to get home.
The fake media always make it look like it’s the law enforcement officers fault.
Americans of all shades should be enraged and engaged at any human being gunned down in the streets simply for being there. "My own people". Screw that. People are my people.
@Carla maybe she shouldn't have placed herself in that position to begin with. The world lost absolutely nothing, and hopefully the officer wasn't seriously injured
The color of the skin is absolutely irrelevant in this matter. She was given lawful orders to stop the vehicle for impeding a federal matter. She was given plenty of time and patience, yet she refused to abide and did the exact opposite anyone should do in that situation. Quite frankly, we don't need emotional people willing to harm others over having different views. She died trying to impede the inevitable arrest and deportation of an illegal sex offender. What a dumb reason to lose your life.
How do leftists feel about the murders of Laken Riley, Charles Kirk, Ashlee Babbitt, Iryna Zarutska, Jocelyn Nungaray? Where are the leftist protests about these?
@graphite You can't prove it :) Even ICE themselves have said that they were simply "on enforcement duties and encountered resistance". Anything else, including what you have said, is a lie.
@graphite Charlie Kirk wasn't killed by an illegal immigrant, but by a natural born citizen. Ashlee Babbitt was killed by DC capital police when she stormed the capital with countless others on January 6th in a foolish attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 election. Decarlos Brown Jr, the accused murderer of Ukranian refugee Iryna Zarutska, is also natualized citizen. A man's place of birth doesn't make him evil, and to say it does merely shifts the blame for his choices upon a nation we know nothing about. His actions are his own choices, not his origins.
