I want to make something entirely clear to anyone who is for Stronger borders even though we disagree.

I do believe we can still find common ground. Like for instance after witnessing the murder of Renee Nicole good at the hands of overzealous allegedly PTSD suffering I.C.E officials and a woman being dead because a trigger-happy rent a cop went off the rails like I'm pissed, but I'm not blind I can easily see someone being like WHAT?! I voted to strengthen the border, not watch unarmed women get killed by federal officers. Point being, it's totally valid to be like I'm for Stronger borders, but the messy way immigrations and customs enforcement is handling this is not OK and I disapprove of it strongly.

As for myself, I have Romantic notions and affection for the idea of the Freedom of Movement, so I'm not particulary for Stronger borders, I want to be able to travel more freely and love across borders.

But like I said, this disagreement does not make us enemies.

So if you are concerned about our southern border and all and worried I mean, I hear you, I don't agree with you, but I hear you, but it's totally valid to be like Yeah despite that The way this is being handled is disgraceful and messy.

Well, there have been worse in US history. Look up the bisbee deportation of 1917. I hope we don’t get to that point, but we are heading in that direction.

Most of the unauthorized people here didn’t jump a fence. They overstayed their visa. I have worked right along the border many times, and you are never out of sight from a border patrol agent.

Did you know that most federal agents and police officers in other countries average 1-2 years training before going out in the field? Meanwhile we average 6-8 weeks before sending them out.
