She was friendly to the guy

She was actively turning AWAY from him at the end, so the narrative that she intentionally tried to hit him is total BS

@Vin53 He was struck by the vehicle. In the moment he had no time to think, it was all instinct.

He was trained to use deadly force on a fleeing suspect who may commit a felony.

It's up to the authorities to do the investigation and determine what should happen now.
