She said the woman didn't get out her car. Imagine that so if an officer said get out of the car and you didn't, that gives the officer permission to load a gun and empty clips. And you know what? If they had children in the suv or car, well oh well! Just spray the children's brains all over, why not! Could only imagine if that female had her babies in the vehicle and ice decided to kill someone and they veer off in traffic with children in the car.
