I’d like to see the medical record of the ICE agent who got “run over”

Because in the videos I have seen all ICE agents remain vertical the whole time.

Just more 100% lies from the trump administration. Completely lawless administration.

The vehicle clearly hit him and pushed him back .. all she had to do was comply. Instead she directed the vehicle towards him, tires spinning out. He defended himself against that threat. He doesnt have to wait until he is run over for that to be warranted. Thankfully, there are laws about this, to protect law enforcement from exactly this kind of b.s. attitude.

@BrandNewMan did you even watch the videos? The ICE officer was not struck, was not about to be struck, he shot her thru the side window!!!!

@trollslayer The video I saw had a hole in the lower corner of the driverside of the front windshield. It was also clear the vehicle contacted him and moved him aside.
trollslayer · 46-50, M
@BrandNewMan if the vehicle contacted him, he would not be standing and able to fire a clean shot.
trollslayer · 46-50, M
@BrandNewMan and if a vehicle is coming at you - you jump out of the way, because a bullet won’t stop you from being hit.

@BrandNewMan “brushed” him aside…justifies deadly force?
trollslayer · 46-50, M
@BrandNewMan so you don’t mind the state doing an investigation, arresting him and taken to court? If he is innocent, a jury will acquit him.

@BrandNewMan seems like Trump and Noem were making the “political attack”. And considering the lies they have been spreading the last few weeks, the “political attack” has been going on for some time.
trollslayer · 46-50, M
@BrandNewMan maybe take a look at Kunsan’s post above
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@trollslayer You mean like the bullschiff that you are spreading about Federal law enforcement officials?
BrandNewMan · 61-69, M
@trollslayer Save it .. you calling this a murder is not something we are going to ever agree on with her doing what she did. I noticed you didnt call the shooting of the Guardsmen or ICE agents murder or have any concern when that happened. So its all a political angle for you.

I hate to see it come to this .. but the left has been calling people out to protest and confront ICE while engaged in their duties hoping for this outcome.

Congrats .. you finally got it.
trollslayer · 46-50, M
@BrandNewMan i don’t know of the two other incidents you mentioned. But I would call them murder, tooz

And I van’t disagree with your last paragraph. That’s not the mentality of all protesters, but clearly there are some that want the escalation. This is for protests on all range of political spectrums. But, we don’t even know if this woman was involved in the protests, and if she was in what capacity she was involved. I work in a neighborhood where there have been all kinds of protests, and when they happen my employer tells us to GTFO for our safety. But it is entirely possible that at some point i could walk out if my building and be in the wrong place at the wrong time. I don’t know if that was the case here, but from what I have read the woman lived in that neighborhood.
BrandNewMan · 61-69, M
@trollslayer Doesnt matter her involvement. A law enforcement officer attempted to address her and her response was to aim her vehicle at officers on scene, brush against one and hit the gas enough to spin her tires in moving her vehicle on their direction. It is not on those officers to know all this business of her status as a protestor, etc, in the couple of seconds they have to determine if she is acting in a dangerous manner towards them or others. Be real about what you expect of them when their lives are potentially at risk and they have to make that decision. Its tragic, I agree, but reality is her own bad choices and reactions got her killed.
trollslayer · 46-50, M
@BrandNewMan she could have just turned down the wrong street. Her fires spun because there was ice in the road. If she was aiming at the cop, her car would have turned left. We don’t know how the officer tried to address her, but witnesses heard one officer to “get the f out”, and clearly that is what she was doing.
BrandNewMan · 61-69, M
@trollslayer It doesnt fucking matter why she was there. All that matters are her actions in the moment .. she should have stayed put and followed directions of the officers involved. I guarantee you its what I would have done and she would be alive if she had.
trollslayer · 46-50, M
@BrandNewMan she did follow directions to get the f out
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@trollslayer Yup, "get out of the car", you will have to ask her why she did not comply with lawful orders from uniformed law enforcement.
BrandNewMan · 61-69, M
@trollslayer Oh come on. The guy had his hand on the vehicle as she pulled away he was trying to get her not to. Instead she ran it up against him and in the direction on another officer and did not stop when he tried to flag her. You cant actually believe that is what he was telling her to do. If you are going to be that ridiculous there is no point in this discussion at all as you will say anything to leave her blameless. I'm done.
