From the videos I have seen, If I was on a jury I see enough to convict of first degree murder.

@trollslayer If they can't avoid a jury trial (which I'm sure the politburo are already working on) would it be a State or Federal trial? I'm asking because where the members of the jury come from could be crucial to justice being done.

@trollslayer I’m not making excuses for him, but it doesn’t meet the threshold for 1st degree. I doubt it meets the threshold for 2nd degree.
