Thats not going to work. Repeating the same experiment has to yield the same result. The founding documents need to be rethought. Thanks to the perverted interpretations of the current day, the Bill of Rights has now become the Bill of Wrongs and the Constitution is now the Constipation, with any progress terminally blocked.
