Ice agents are furious that Hilton Hotel denied them housing while they are detaining people peacefully protesting.

I mean if you're going to act like private police and be doing all that, expect that kind of treatment. Most people hate them and at the end of the day, no one can force you to not be a piece of crap. You are entitled to be whatever you want, but I don't know how hard it is to understand that the consequences of being horrible to others is that yeah, you are going to get that kind of treatment. I don't know what deluded them into thinking everyone is going to love them and it will be the same. It's like an abuser who hits you repeatedly or verbally abuses you and then can't understand why you didn't invite them over for the holidays.

Like are you fkking stupid?

@ SatanBurger = Once you start going down that road, where do you stop?

If businesses stop servicing the ICE goons, then why can't the ICE goons refuse to respond to calls for help from the businesses? In the end, your society will be destroyed.

Suppose a guy gets pissed everytime a stranger sets foot on his property. One day a stranger is walking down the street and sees the guy's house on fire and he's screaming for help. The stranger then stops and looks at the disaster without doing anything to all to help. He then continues on his walk without looking back. Is that the type of world we want to live in?
@Diotrephes ICE isn't a business. The right to refuse service doesn't apply to them.

@Diotrephes when did ice ever help anyone, what does it mean responds to calls so far they just been kidnapping children with brain tumors and running over people while shoving them in a van.

I hope you're being sarcastic 🫠

@NerdyPotato ice is a business if you think about it though so it's right as they are in the human trafficking business. Hypothetically kidnapping immigrants and then putting them in countries they never been to with some of the worst human rights violations falls under the technical definition of trafficking.

Any lawyer would argue that it's right to refuse business because ice is in business. And if they employ bounty hunters, that's also a business as well.
@SatanBurger that's a fair point. On a side note: why do even need a room at the Hilton? If they think it's fine to put people in such detention centers, surely a rat infested motel room is good enough for themselves. It's still a step up from where they bring others.

@NerdyPotato I kinda see it as basic authoritarian behavior. They want to sentence people to die and then expect the star treatment. They are delusional and think what they are doing is fine so they expect five star treatment.

@NerdyPotato Hilton caved anyways so it was all for nothing. But I do maintain my original stance, they make it unsafe for people.

@SatanBurger so their values are to explicitly welcome kidnappers. Got it. Time to boycott the whole chain then.
