When is "It's not about the oil" = "It's all about the oil?"

Pedophile Cry-Baby-trump claims he notified the CEO's of the major oil companies about the raid over Venezuela several days before (illegally) ordering the USA military to use 250 planes, drones, and helicopters to kidnap 2 people who he claims is not the leader of Venezuela to hold him and his wife accountable as the leader of Venezuela after saying you can't hold the president of a country responsible for drug trafficking before issuing a pardon for the president of Honduras who was convicted of drug trafficking thousands of tons of cocaine into the USA?

One thing Trump didn't consider is whether oil companies even want to go into Venezuela. Trump doesn’t know a thing about the oil industry. Yes, Venezuela has crude oil, but some of those ventures are already owned by Russia and China, and they are not going to give up their claims.

Maybe a deal could be worked out involving U.S. oil companies, Russia, and China. Otherwise, there would be legal challenges and lawsuits. Venezuela has a functioning government with a court system, and unless the U.S. plans on bribing judges, it’s unlikely they would simply allow U.S. companies to take over, even if the interim president supported it.

The whole claim that Maduro is a dictator was just a lie.

If U.S. companies can’t take over the claims held by Russia and China, they would have to set up entirely new operations. Major U.S. oil companies are not going to do that because Venezuela is seen as too risky. It’s not like Iraq. The Venezuelan people would likely disrupt their operations.
