So according to a legal expert on CTV news if someone is illegally kidnapped internationally US case law says it doesn't impact the proceedings.

This is wild.


So if you are not read your rights in the US or unlawfully detained your case will likely been thrown out.


But if the US kidnaps a random world leader violating international law and international treaties apparently that has zero impact. This makes the US legal system look like a total joke.

Yes. US law really is tilted in favour of the Americans in the case. In the case of Maduro just being Maduro means he is toast. And its legal. I cant wait for Trump to take his next overseas trip....😷
@whowasthatmaskedman The thing is even if you don't count international law this also violates ratified treaties which the constitution clearly states are to be treated the same as domestic law.

Trump basically set Vienna Convention on fire.
